Website Traffic & Analytics collects information from all website visitors using statistics tools. We collect information on website traffic; for example, what pages visitors access or visit. This information includes, but is not limited to; date and time of visit, browser name and version, IP address, and referring website, and is used for evaluating and further developing the site. No personal data is collected in this way.

This statistical information we collect is used for internal review and to improve the content of our website and our patron services. It is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

Contact Form

Our contact form requires you to enter “Personal information”. Personal information includes, but is not limited to, name, telephone number, and email address. This data is used exclusively by PMPTherapy to provide you with information and materials as requested, such as information regarding counseling services. We do not sell or otherwise pass on your personal information to any third party.

By filling out the contact form, or by contacting us in any other way, is supplied by you voluntarily and PMPTherapy has your express consent to use the information only as indicated above in accordance with the Personal Information Protection & Electronic Documents Act.

Cookies may use “cookies” that identify you as a returning visitor. A cookie is a piece of data that a Web site can send to your browser, which may then store the cookie on your hard drive. So, when you come back to visit again, information can be tailored to suit your individual preferences. The goal is to save you time and provide you with a more meaningful visit and to measure Web site activity. PMPTherapy takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Sensitive information is encrypted and transmitted directly to our referral agents in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

If you have contacted us through the website and provided your email as a form of communication Marleen Filimon may contact you via email and send your request to the referred therapist via email.  We take every precaution to ensure the safety of your personal information, but cannot guarantee this form of communication. Therefore, you, the client, agree to assume the risks inherent in this form of communication by submitting through our website and providing email contact information.

While encryption is used to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (making and following up about your referral request) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
